Mariano is a Retail Banker with 20 years of experience, the last 14 with HSBC, up to 31st August 2012. Having worked with HSBC in Argentina, Singapore, Thailand, Mexico and his last position in London as the Global Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management Business Services, where he was in charge of the strategy for Global Retail Banking Operations, with responsibility for developing the operating models for: contact centers, credit and debit cards, investment, insurance, mortgages, general banking services, high net worth propositions and self service terminals and cash.
